Prerequisite: Our trips are only suitable to experienced cyclists with excellent bike handling skills. Our itineraries often include narrow roads without shoulders or guardrails and sometimes rough surfaces. Guests are required to complete all stages by bicycle. Apart from any group airport transfers described in the trip brochure, we do not offer any transportation.

ReservationTo guarantee a spot on a trip, a $795 deposit is required from each guest.  Full payment is due 90 days before the scheduled departure date of the trip. The trip price is based on double occupancy. The trip brochure lists included and excluded items.

Cancellation and Refund: The deposit is refundable up to 90 days before the scheduled departure date of the trip. No refunds will be issued after that. Full payment is due 90 days before the scheduled departure date of the trip. Except in the case of timely cancellation, the deposit is forfeited if payment in full is not received by then.

Trip Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a trip prior to departure for any reason.  In case of cancellation by us a full refund which constitutes full settlement will be made if cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date of the trip. If a trip is cancelled by us within 60 days before the scheduled departure date, we will retain the amount paid by the guest and the guest will be able to use this towards payment of a future trip reservation to be used within two years of the cancellation date.

Travel Insurance: Our trip packages do not include travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance, covering trip interruption and cancellation, baggage, medical, accident/life, evacuation, repatriation and other expenses which might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to you.

We reserves the right to substitute hotels, restaurants, routes or other services listed in the itinerary with comparable services if necessary.

Photographs: We may use any photos or videos that you send to us, or that are taken by our guides and/or other guests of you individually or in a group, in any medium, including but not limited to print, electronic media, or Internet, free of charge and without your right to inspection, for promoting and publicizing our travel products and services worldwide. If you do not want us to use any images of you that are taken by us or other participants during the trip, you must inform us or your trip leader in writing at the start of the trip.
